Cancellation Policy

Scheduled treatments are reserved especially for you. We require at least 24 hour notice for your cancellations and reschedules. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. You can cancel or reschedule by phone call or via text (919) 491-0076 up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled service without any fees charged. If you are a new client, please be sure to arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your appointment to allow yourself time to fill out any paperwork needed.


  • A 50% deposit is required in order to reserve any service time upon scheduling. The deposit will be credited toward the service fees on the day of your appointment. If you fail to cancel/ reschedule your appointment within the 24 hour window you will forfeit your deposit.

  • Any client that doesn't show for a scheduled appointment will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay for any futures appointments in full, prior to their scheduled appointment.

  • If you schedule multiple services and cancel/reschedule any of them within the 24 hour policy, you will forfeit your deposit of the total cost of canceled services.

  • If the appointment is canceled within the time frame  mentioned the full amount of service(s) will be refunded.

Late Arrivals

If you are more than 5 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, your session will be canceled in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. If you have a service for 1 hour or more, as a courtesy we may shorten your session but full price of service will be charged. 

Must be 18 years of age or older

We require anyone under the age of 18 to have a parent or legal guardian present in the room AND sign a consent form for ANY and ALL services performed. A photo ID may be required at time of service to confirm age.


Groupon clients can ONLY make an appointment by phone with the voucher number, this service is not available for online booking. If you hold any vouchers and you fail to show up, cancel/reschedule with less than 24 hours notice or you are more than 5 minutes late, your voucher will no longer be valid and will be considered redeemed. Also, the remaining amount of the full price service will be added to your balance. This is consistent with the voucher fine print terms and conditions and our stated cancellation policy. As a courtesy, you may reschedule your service at the full rate and the voucher price that you paid will be subtracted at checkout. Please Note: Groupon voucher not valid for clients active within the past 12 months.

Confirmations Via Email & Text

As a courtesy, we will send an email or text to confirm your appointment immediately after booking. A reminder will also be sent via email two business days prior to your appointment date. Please ensure that we have your current email address and phone number on file. It remains you responsibility to remember your appointment date and time to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and cancellation fees.​


This office is a quiet, unsupervised environment that is NOT appropriate for children and is a potential liability risk. Although we love children, PLEASE DO NOT bring them with you, as they will not be allowed in the treatment room. A client that is scheduled for a service that arrives with children will be asked to reschedule and will lose their deposit. To provide optimal services, only the client and technician are allowed in the treatment room during an appointment. 

Discounts & Spa Promotions

Spa specials cannot be used in combination with any other offers or promotions.

We accept Cash and ALL Major Credit Cards, no personal checks will be accepted. All prices are subject to change without notice.


Retail Products

There are no refunds or exchanges on any retail products. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
