• With your monthly membership fee, you will enjoy a 60-minute or 90-minute facial, along with a choice of discounted or complimentary add-ons. Additionally, all members receive a 10% discount on retail product purchases.

• Members can purchase one gift card per month for a facial at the membership price.

• You may also buy an unlimited number of additional services for personal use at discounted rates.

• Yes, you can upgrade your 60-minute facial:

- From a Premier membership to a 90-minute facial for $60 (with an add-on or upgrade).

- From an Essential membership to a 90-minute facial for $80 (with an add-on or upgrade).

• You cannot swap it for different services. Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

• Memberships, benefits, and complimentary services are non-transferable and non-refundable.

• Members can roll over any unused services to the following month. If you terminate your month-to-month membership, accumulated service packages will expire and are non-refundable 60 days after cancellation. For prepaid memberships, accumulated services will expire 90 days after the last day of the membership

• At European Touch of Beauty Skin Care & Waxing Studio, we follow an Appointment Cancellation Policy. You must provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost will apply. If you have a member credit on file, it will be used to cover this fee.

• Cancellations made with proper notice will not incur any fees, and your member credits will remain available for future use.

• To participate in our Membership Program, we require your credit card and email address. Your credit card information will be securely stored and charged on the same date each month for the agreed amount. Please note that our secure system only displays the last four digits of your credit card number.

• Memberships can be frozen up to two times within a 12-month period, for a minimum of one month and a maximum of three months at a time. After a membership is unfrozen, it must remain active for at least 30 days before it can be frozen again.

• During a freeze, members can redeem accumulated services for $15 per benefit but cannot access other membership perks (such as discounted services, retail discounts, or purchasing gift cards at membership prices). Membership will automatically reactivate after three months.

• Please note that a minimum of one EFT payment must be made before a membership can be frozen, and the decision to freeze a membership is based on individual circumstances.

• Facial memberships require a minimum commitment of 12 months.

• If you cancel within the first 12 months, a $100 early cancellation fee will apply.
  

• You must provide 30 days' written notice to terminate your membership, and all parties associated with the membership must sign the cancellation notice.

• After your cancellation date, you will have 60 days to use any accrued membership credits.
